The Private Money Audit.
A focused 90 minutes inside your real numbers, with the person who will work them every month if you take a seat. You leave with clarity whether or not you continue.
What it is, plainly
The audit is the door to The Money Room. It is the only way in. It exists because a stranger paying $1,250 to look at her own numbers, honestly, with someone she's never worked with, is the only validation that matters — for both of us.
You apply. You pay. You hand over read-only access to QuickBooks (or the equivalent) and your last three months of statements. We meet for 90 minutes, on the books, with the goal of leaving you with a clearer answer to the question that's been heavy: what's actually going on with my money, and what should I do next.
What we cover in the 90 minutes
- Where your numbers actually stand today: revenue, true profit, cash on hand, owner pay
- The tax reserve question: what's set aside vs. what's owed, and the gap if there is one
- The owner-pay question: what you're taking, whether it's sustainable, and what the right number looks like
- Subscription & contractor leaks worth cutting this quarter
- The single most important money move you should make this month, regardless of what you do next
- A clear yes or no on whether a Money Room seat is the right fit — and if yes, which one
Three steps
-
You apply
Short, private form on the homepage. After submitting, the link to pay for the audit and book your 90-minute slot appears immediately.
-
You pay and book
$1,250 via secure checkout. Your audit slot is locked in. A short prep email follows with what to gather: QuickBooks read access and last 3 months of statements.

We meet for 90 minutes
Inside your books, on a video call. Calm, specific, no slide decks. You leave with a written summary of what we found and the recommendation — yes, not yet, or a clear no.
A seat is earned, not bought. The audit is how you find out if it's yours.
If you take a seat
The $1,250 credits toward your first month. You choose between the two seats — Base ($2,500/mo) or Fully Handled ($3,000/mo, includes business and personal return preparation and filing). The room caps at ten active seats.
